| Tranquil Fazenda Caravela is nestled in the gentle, lush
hills above Alcantarilha, 12km from Silves, the ancient
Algarve capital and close to the foothills of the
Monchique mountains.
The hills are characterised by elegant tall cypresses,
orange and lemon trees, an abundance of sweet-smelling
flowers and a gentle breeze – even in the summer. Our
villas are built in spacious grounds with wonderful
panoramic views – a beautiful space to relax in peace
and style. The evocative beauty of this untouched
treasure of the Algarve will enchant everyone.
The bustling beaches of the Algarve are only 20 minutes
by car and in less than an hour you can reach the
dramatic beaches of Portugal’s west coast. The many
shops and restaurants in Silves, Algoz and Poço Barreto
are all within a 10-15 minute drive.

enabling you to explore the spectacular Algarve
beaches, the dramatic Portuguese west coast, the blue
hills of the Monchique and the historic towns and cities of the Algarve |
| Spacious and attractive villas set in their own private gardens abounding with sweet-smelling, colourful plants and cypress trees. For space, views, peace and privacy enjoy Fazenda Caravela – perfect for couples, families and large groups of friends. Villa facilities are excellent throughout: well-equipped kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, sun terraces along with fireplaces for the winter. All villas have gas cooker, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine (except Casa Velha), coffee machine, iron and hair dryer as standard. Maid service is provided six times a week. All bedrooms sleep two and are either double or twin-bedded. Please note, Casa Velha has a jacuzzi instead of a private pool. |
