The outdoor pool and sun terrace are within the hotel grounds and on the seashore is the Illa d’Or’s delightful water’s edge bar close to the hotel’s own bathing jetty. The waterside restaurant, with its impressive à la carte menu, is a wonderful and romantic setting for dinner. (Reservations need to be made in advance and the restaurant and water’s edge bar are both open in the high season only). A snack restaurant for à la carte lunches is open throughout the season. Other features of this 119-bedroom hotel include air conditioning in summer and central heating in the cooler months. The hotel has comfortable lounges, a cocktail bar and an airy, pale blue dining room. Dancing is arranged every week along with weekly displays of flamenco or Mallorcan dancing. There is a heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and tennis, along with a beauty salon. Tennis is free between November and April.
