Pollença Countryside Villas

La Sort is Travel Club of Upminster's newest villa but has the air and charm of a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse with lovely views of the mountains and countryside. The stone-built four bedroom house stands in spacious and very private grounds to the front and rear.

The interior is immaculate and well-furnished with a good sized kitchen and the spacious bedrooms are all on the second floor and air-conditioned. A tender pomegranate climbs over the shady loggia by the front entrance while the long covered terrace to the side offers a cool lunch or evening lounging area, refreshed by ceiling fans and with dining table and comfortable rattan sofas.

The rear of the house opens directly onto the lawn and pool area which has its own shower room plus large built-in barbecue.We are sure that La Sort lives up to even the highest expectations.

The owners lovingly maintain the property all year round, evidenced by the splendid colourful gardens and poolside pots. The living and sleeping areas are on the first floor, accessed by steps with terraces on both sides.

This villa, while maintaining its rural feel, is very near the edge of Pollença town, which means that shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Club of Upminster has dubbed it 'The Carpenter's Villa'.With mountain views and well-planted lawns, the outside is a
visual treat completed by a good-sized pool and sun terrace. The outdoor area looks out onto the lawn and pool and to the side is a large, covered barbecue and dining area.

The two-storey Es Clos has a unique open plan interior with an impressive high ceiling and has two main bedrooms and a mezzanine, often used as a third 'open' bedroom. The clever design and high ceilings give a good sense of space. The well-equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher. The lingering scent of carved wood adds to the delight of Es Clos.

Ca'n Natalia Back towards Port de Pollença is Ca'n Natalia.With its lush green lawns, Natalia is a popular, quiet and spacious one-storey villa. As well as a pool, the fifteen or so baby palm trees make an unusual garden feature. At the front of the villa is a covered terrace that looks out onto the pool and palms – a perfect place for contemplation and relaxation.

The interior of this three-bedroom villa is fitted to an exceptionally high standard, with large and airy rooms and a well-equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher. For outdoor cooking try using the barbecue and Mallorcan bread oven and dining on the large shaded terrace.

Ca'n Navarro In the valley of Ternelles is the charming one-storey, three bedroom Ca'n Navarro. Ranch-like in appearance, with striking views of the dramatic limestone mountains, Ca'n Navarro is a real haven of peace and quiet.
